Do I have to do both EMS & Lagree Fitness?

No, we curate the workouts to fit your needs, goals and fitness level. Programs can include one method of workout or a combination of both.

I’m busy—how much time does this take?

Most people start with either a free 20-minute Zoom discovery call or a quick in-person visit to the studio. Both are relaxed, no-pressure conversations — we'll outline a plan that fits your schedule from there.

I’m intimidated / out of shape—will I feel comfortable?

If you'd rather come in and see the studio before committing to anything, that's exactly what our complimentary in-person evaluation is for. Come see the space, meet the team, and ask questions face to face.

Is EMS safe? Am I going to get “electrocuted”?

EMS is designed to be safe when used correctly and with proper equipment. We’ll walk you through how it works, what you’ll feel, and any precautions during the discovery call so you’re completely comfortable before moving forward.

What is Lagree Fitness (and is it too intense)?

Lagree is a low-impact, high-intensity method focused on slow, controlled movements. It can look intimidating, but it’s highly scalable. On our call, we’ll explain how sessions are adapted for different fitness levels so you’re challenged—but never pushed beyond what’s right for you.
