Your Guide to Becoming a Masterpiece
Hi, I'm Dey Gonzales, the founder of The Fit Gallery. I know firsthand the challenges and triumphs of navigating menopause. At 39, I hit a turning point in my life. Despite appearing to have it all together, I struggled with the debilitating symptoms of perimenopause—mental fog, unexplained weight gain, and emotional turmoil. Visits to the doctor left me feeling dismissed, as my concerns were brushed aside and attributed to PMS.
This experience ignited a journey of self-reinvention. Moving into a new chapter of life, I transformed my surroundings and myself, finding strength in the vibrant colors of my newly painted furniture. This artistic rebirth sparked the creation of a unique framework to help other women facing similar challenges. Today, at 51, I embody the vitality and confidence I once dreamed of, and I'm passionate about guiding others to achieve the same. With a deep understanding of the physical and emotional changes that menopause brings, I offer more than just fitness coaching—I offer mentorship, empathy, and a personalized path to wellness.
My approach is rooted in my own experiences and successes, making me not just a coach, but a partner who truly gets it. My mission is to empower women to embrace their journey and become their own masterpieces.
